Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions that support business objectives and a positive employee experience. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, and HRMS updates.

The Senior

Executive HR will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures,



supporting performance management processes, coordinating training and development activities, and assisting in recruitment and selection. The role also requires partnering with leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws, supporting HR audits and reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR), with practical experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Recruitment ,Employee Relations, including grievance handling, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices in the IT/technology services industry.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office, with strong attention to detail and data management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and contribute proactively to organizational growth.
