We’re looking for a Senior Development Engineer (Orthotics) to join our R&D; team and drive product development from concept to prototype to manufacturing.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to commercialization.

Develop, test, and improve physical prototypes through iterative design.

Apply mechanical design principles, material selection, and manufacturing processes.

Work with materials such as polymers, plastics, foams, textiles, composites, and elastomers.

Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.





Solve practical engineering challenges and drive design for manufacturing.

? What We’re Looking For:

Strong fundamentals in mechanical design, Strength of Materials (SOM), and mechanics.

Hands-on experience in prototyping, fabrication, assembly, and product testing.

Understanding of engineering drawings, fits, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.

Experience in New Product Development (NPD), preferably from concept to production.

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys building, testing, and improving products.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
