Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Copywriter role based in Nashik.

The Senior

Copywriter will develop clear, compelling copy for packaging, campaigns, digital channels, and in-store communication that reflects the brand voice across all product lines.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and writing copy for marketing and promotional materials, collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams, and refining messaging for different consumer segments and markets. The role involves editing and reviewing content for consistency,



accuracy, and compliance, as well as generating ideas for recent campaigns and storytelling initiatives that highlight the brand’s heritage and innovation.

The Senior

Copywriter will also support brand guidelines, maintain tone of voice standards, and mentor junior writers when needed.

Qualifications

- Robust copywriting, creative writing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for multiple brands and audiences.
- Experience in marketing communication, brand messaging, and campaign ideation across print, digital, and in-store media.
- Proficiency in editing and proofreading, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content.
- Ability to conduct market and consumer research to inform content strategies and product communication.
- Excellent command of written English; proficiency in relevant regional languages (e.g., Marathi or Hindi) is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, food, or retail sectors preferred, with understanding of packaging and regulatory content requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills, comfort working cross-functionally, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
