About Us

Osho Himalayas Wellness Resort offers holistic experiences rooted in wellness, mindfulness, and rejuvenation. We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior BDE to join our team and help us connect our offerings with the right guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle fresh sales enquiries, follow up with inbound leads, and convert them into bookings
- Build strong relationships with existing leads and past guests to ensure repeat business
- Use phone, WhatsApp, and email for outreach and follow-up
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Maintain lead records in CRM
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance insights

Requirements

- 1–3 years of proven B2C sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (good English speaking and writing required; fluent Hindi)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Proficient in email, MS Office, Excel, and basic CRM tools (Zoho CRM a plus)
- Experience with cloud dialer tools, Exotel or TataTele experience preferred
- Willing to relocate and work at our on-site location near Dharamshala
