About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Associate – Paid Social to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Pinterest. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance optimization, and creative testing, preferably within the D2C ecosystem.

Preferred Background

Candidates from digital marketing agencies with a strong D2C portfolio or performance marketing teams at established D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize day-to-day paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, X, and Pinterest.
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
- Develop and implement creative testing strategies to improve campaign performance.




- Collaborate with creative teams to develop, test, and optimize high volumes of ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, platform updates, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid social media campaign management.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Exposure to Snapchat, X, and Pinterest advertising platforms.
- Experience managing D2C campaigns is highly preferred.
- Robust understanding of creative strategy, creative testing, and performance-driven advertising.
- Experience working with accounts involving high-volume creative testing will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including MCPs (Model Context Protocol), is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
