The opportunities

We are hiring specialists in two areas. You should bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in your specialisation.

1. Senior SMSF Accountant

Deep expertise in Australian Self-Managed Superannuation Fund accounting, including financial statements, annual returns, reconciliations, compliance requirements and audit support. You should be confident handling complex matters independently and reviewing work to a high standard.

2. Senior Australian Tax Accountant

Deep expertise in Australian company, trust and individual tax returns, financial statements and Business Activity Statements (BAS). You should have strong technical judgement and experience taking complex assignments from preparation through review.

What you will do

- Own complex accounting and tax assignments within your specialisation, with responsibility for accuracy, quality and timely delivery.
- Work directly with the founders and technology team to improve how accounting work is prepared, checked and delivered.
- Bring professional judgement to technology-assisted workflows, identifying gaps and validating outputs.




- Turn recurring challenges into better processes, stronger reviews and practical improvements.
- Share your expertise and help establish the technical standards of a growing team.

On joining: Up to ₹30 lakh per annum.

By your third year at TruePaper: Opportunity to earn up to ₹50 lakh per annum.

The third-year figure is an opportunity, not an automatic or guaranteed increase.
