Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain scalable data models and customer data structures in Salesforce Data 360.
- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines and integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise sources.
- Implement segmentation, identity resolution and audience activation workflows for business and commercial use cases.
- Apply data quality, governance, privacy and compliance controls aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot, optimize and document technical solutions while partnering with business, product and engineering teams.

Skills Required:

- 6 - 10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years working with Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP or Salesforce Data 360 implementations.




- Hands-on experience with segmentation within Salesforce Data 360 or a comparable Customer Data Platform environment.
- Strong experience with Salesforce 360 and customer data architecture, including data modeling and integration patterns.
- Practical experience implementing CDP solutions, including identity resolution, audience management and activation workflows.
- Ability to develop integrations using Salesforce APIs, ETL/ELT tools, connectors and real-time data processing architectures.

Positive to Have:

- Experience with Customer 360 and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein, AI/ML concepts, data governance and privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA or GxP.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
