Role Description The Senior Analyst – Debt Advisory will support end-to-end debt advisory and syndication engagements, working closely with senior leadership and clients to structure appropriate financing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client financials, cash flows, and business plans; preparing detailed financial models; and drafting pitch decks, information memorandums, and lender presentations. The role involves evaluating debt instruments and lenders, and helping to negotiate terms with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.

The Senior

Analyst will coordinate documentation, support due diligence, and track transaction progress to ensure timely closure. This is a full-time, in office role based in Faridabad,



requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and direct interaction with clients and lenders.

Qualifications

- Strong financial analysis and spreadsheet skills, including proficiency in cash flow analysis, ratio analysis, projections and scenario planning.
- Expertise in debt advisory and capital structuring, with knowledge of banking products, project finance, working capital facilities, and term loans.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear presentations, pitch books, and information memorandums.
- Solid research and analytical skills to assess industries, markets, and lenders, and to benchmark financing terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, lender engagement, and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with clients, banks, NBFCs, and other financing partners.
- High level of attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; skilled qualifications like CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in debt advisory, corporate banking, investment banking, or financial consulting, ideally working with mid-market or corporate clients.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Faridabad, with a collaborative and ethical approach
