Title: Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer – Advanced Nodes (TSMC 5nm/3nm)

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location: Hyderabad only

Work Mode: In-person interview mandatory

Technology Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience on TSMC 3nm node with a minimum of 3 to 6 months of real-time project experience

We are looking for experienced Analog / Mixed-Signal Layout Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in advanced FinFET technology nodes, preferably TSMC 5nm/3nm, to work on complex analog, mixed-signal and custom digital designs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Hands-on layout experience in TSMC 16/12nm, 7nm, 5nm, 3nm or below (Samsung, Intel, GF also considered).
- Expertise in Analog, Mixed-Signal and Custom Digital Block Layout, including full-chip integration.
- Solid proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso VLE/VXL and Siemens/Mentor Calibre DRC/LVS.
- Experience with DRC, LVS, DFM,



Antenna Checks and EMIR verification.
- Ability to independently own block-level layouts, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Experience in Regulators, Charge Pumps, Power Management circuits is desirable.
- HBM-related layout experience will be an added advantage.
- BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electronics, ECE or VLSI Engineering.

Preferred: Candidates with recent hands-on tapeout/layout experience at 5nm/3nm advanced nodes.
