Role Description The Senior AI Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end AI and data platform architectures that support scalable, secure, and reliable healthcare solutions. Day-to-day activities include defining technical blueprints, guiding software development teams, reviewing design implementations, and ensuring seamless integration of AI models, data pipelines, and backend services.

The Senior AI Architect collaborates with product, engineering, data science, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs, set architectural standards, and drive best practices. The role also involves mentoring team members, performing architecture reviews, addressing performance and security concerns,



and contributing to long-term technology strategy for DocsTribe AI’s platform.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design for complex, scalable, and secure AI and data platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including designing, implementing, and optimizing production-grade services.
- Proficiency in Integration of distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML components within cloud or hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery of technical initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data engineering practices, and modern cloud-native architectures (e.g., microservices, containerization).
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related data/AI services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in leading architecture for large-scale or mission-critical systems, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork and continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI and healthcare technology environment.
