Role summary: The Front Line Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance agents while driving health insurance business growth through the Agency Channel. The role involves extensive fieldwork, agent relationship management, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and appoint new insurance agents from the local market to expand the agency network.
- Business Generation: Drive health insurance sales through existing and newly recruited agents to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Agent Activation: Ensure newly recruited agents are trained, activated, and consistently generating business.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor agent productivity, policy issuance, premium collections, and achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Market Development: Identify potential customers, develop local market relationships, and explore opportunities to expand business through the agency channel.
- Training and Development: Coach agents on health insurance products, sales techniques,



customer handling, and company processes.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agents, support them in closing business, and improve agent retention.

Candidate Eligibility

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance Agency Sales.
- Education: Graduation preferred, subject to company eligibility norms.
- Two-wheeler: Mandatory for field sales activities.
- Market Knowledge: Valuable understanding of the local market and agent network.
- Skills: Sales acumen, recruitment ability, relationship management, communication, and target orientation.

- Monthly business achievement and premium generation.
- Number of new agents recruited and activated.
- Active agent productivity and business contribution.
- Agent retention and persistency.
- Sales conversion ratio and policy issuance.
