ETPL (Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) is a trusted infrastructure solutions provider delivering end-to-end services across EV Charging Infrastructure, Telecom Infrastructure, Turnkey Projects, and Research & Consulting.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely reporting, and supporting the organization's overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, invoices, receipts, payments, and expense accounting.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely monthly and annual financial closures.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances, including return preparation and filing.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor GST input tax credit (ITC), GST reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and compliance requirements.
- Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies, errors, or irregularities.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting financial documents.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial analysis.




- Ensure timely processing and verification of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, and vendor balances.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and company financial policies.

What We're looking for?

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience in handling audits, bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of Indian accounting practices and taxation regulations.
- Experience in managing end-to-end accounting activities independently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
