Wholeleaf is a fast-growing, Shark Tank-funded consumer healthcare company focused on differentiated solutions for chronic and everyday pain management. We operate across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, pharmacies and distributor networks.

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with strong hands-on accounting experience in a D2C startup environment.

The RoleThis is a hands-on accounting position requiring strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho and e-commerce financial operations.

The ideal candidate must understand the complexities of D2C accounting, including payment gateway settlements, COD reconciliations, marketplace transactions and multi-channel revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, invoices, bank reconciliations and month-end closing using Tally and Zoho.
- D2C Reconciliations: Reconcile sales, collections, refunds, returns, COD remittances and payment gateway settlements.
- Platform Data: Independently extract, analyse and reconcile financial data from Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket and other e-commerce platforms.
- Marketplace Accounting: Handle Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace settlements, commissions, deductions and reconciliations.
- GST & TDS:



Maintain accurate records and support timely statutory filings and compliance.
- Receivables & Payables: Track vendor payments, customer collections, outstanding balances and reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly accounting reports, expense statements and supporting MIS.
- Audit Support: Maintain accurate documentation and assist with statutory audits and financial reviews.

Must-Have Requirements
- 5–7 years of practical accounting experience.
- Prior accounting experience within a D2C brand/startup is mandatory.
- Strong working proficiency in BOTH Tally and Zoho is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience extracting and reconciling data from Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket or similar D2C platforms.
- Experience handling payment gateways, COD settlements, returns, refunds and marketplace reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliations and accounting compliance.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and independently managing day-to-day accounting operations.
