Role Description The Script Writer at HypeSquad Digital is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. This role involves developing original scripts and concepts for videos, campaigns, and digital content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

The Script

Writer will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and video production teams to brainstorm ideas, structure narratives, and refine messaging for various formats such as explainer videos, ads, social content, and corporate films. Daily tasks include researching topics, writing and revising scripts, adapting content for different platforms,



and ensuring consistency with brand voice and project goals.

The Script

Writer will also participate in production discussions, provide script breakdowns, and support pre-production planning to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Strong scriptwriting skills with experience in short-form and long-form content, including Scriptwriting and Scripting.
- Ability to develop structured narratives and character arcs for visual storytelling, including Screenplays.
- Understanding of video production processes and collaboration with production teams, including Video Production.
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and audience engagement, including Writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling scripts for digital campaigns and branded content.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt scripts to different industries and formats.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior scriptwriting work for video, advertising, or digital media.
