Futurex is a payroll and compliance partner for startups, SMEs, and growing businesses across India. We handle end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST), HR and ROC compliance, and accounting and bookkeeping, so our clients can focus on growing their business. We also provide IT services, including infrastructure management, software support, data security, and cloud solutions.

We're growing our digital presence and are looking for an SEO Executive to help businesses find us when they search for payroll, compliance, and IT support.

What You'll Do

- Own On-Page SEO: Optimise brands' service pages, landing pages and blogs across payroll, HR outsourcing, statutory compliance, accounting, staffing and IT services. That means titles, meta tags, headings, internal links and schema.
- Keyword Research & Mapping: Find high-intent B2B keywords, build keyword clusters and map them to the right pages so each page targets a clear search intent.
- Technical SEO Health: Run regular site audits for crawl errors, broken links, redirects, page speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing and mobile usability. Work with the developer team to get fixes live.
- Off-Page & Local SEO: Build quality backlinks through guest posts, business listings and directories. Manage and optimise the Google Business Profile.
- Content Collaboration: Give writers SEO briefs and review drafts for keyword use, structure and search intent. Stuffing keywords is not the goal.
- Track & Report:



Monitor rankings, organic traffic and leads using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools. Share weekly and monthly reports with clear next steps.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or services business
- Strong command of keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Proven link-building experience with a focus on quality over volume
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and at least one of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
- Basic understanding of WordPress (familiarity with HTML is a plus)
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and action plans
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Good to Have

- Experience doing SEO for finance, HR, compliance, or accounting websites
- Exposure to Google Ads or other performance marketing channels
- Familiarity with AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews and similar) and how to optimise for it

- Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings for priority service pages
- Increase in leads and enquiries from organic search
- Improved site health scores and Core Web Vitals
- Growth in quality referring domains
