We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Saviynt EIC, Workday integrations, REST APIs, Active Directory, JML, and access certifications.

- Role Type: Contractual -6 month Contract
- Duration: Remote
- Shift– EST zone (1PM to 10PM IST or 4PM to 1AM IST).

: We are looking for an experienced Saviynt IGA Expert to join our Identity & Access Management team and support ongoing Saviynt operations. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day identity governance activities, resolving operational issues, and maintaining key integrations within our Saviynt setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Saviynt platform, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, certifications, reports

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Saviynt workflows, connector failures, access requests, certification and reports

Configure and maintain integrations with Workday, REST-based applications, Active Directory, and other ERP connectors like Oracle EBS, SAP, Salesforce





Partner with Workday, AD, and applications team to resolve issues.

Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and suggest process improvements, automation, and permanent resolution.

Support internal and external audits with access reports and certification evidence

Maintain documentation of SOPs and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience with the Saviynt platform (EIC)

Strong knowledge of Saviynt connectors — Workday, REST, Active Directory (AD), Service Now Ticketing and other out of the box connectors.

Solid understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, access certifications, and provisioning workflows.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
