Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the development and maintenance of network security technology roadmaps, engineering standards, and improvement plans.
- Design, implement, and maintain Zscaler, proxy server, and Palo Alto firewall environments for enterprise use cases.
- Develop automation and self-service capabilities for configuration management, provisioning, inventory, resource management, and operational visibility using Ansible.
- Provide advanced technical support, root-cause analysis, preventative analysis, and resolution guidance for network security incidents and service issues.
- Coordinate with internal technology teams and vendors to deliver integrated networking solutions and production changes at enterprise scale.

Skills Required:

- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in network security engineering,



secure web gateways, proxy platforms, firewalls, and enterprise automation.
- Strong experience as a Network Engineer working with enterprise network security platforms and infrastructure.
- hands-on expertise with Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewalls, proxy servers, and related secure web gateway environments.
- Practical experience using Ansible to automate network configuration, service provisioning, and operational processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience supporting integrations, reporting, or operational data requirements.

Positive to Have:
- Experience with authentication technologies, SAML, Splunk, and network security configuration management.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc., or B.Ed. in any branch or equivalent educational background.
