Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead / Junior Architect to lead a team of approximately 25 developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on technical development and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 25 Salesforce developers.
- Drive Salesforce technical design, development, and implementation.
- Provide hands-on technical support whenever required.
- Oversee Salesforce APEX development, LWC, and integrations.
- Guide the team on technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Manage technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and manage client expectations.
- Adapt to a domestic client workplace with flexible and sometimes ad hoc working requirements.
- Travel to the client location whenever required.
