Role Description The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that support business processes and improve system efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and flows, as well as integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

performance optimization, documentation, and adherence to security and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in India.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).
- Candidates should possess skills in system integration and data management, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, data migration, and ETL processes.
- Candidates should possess abilities in software development practices, including object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess skills in analyzing business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment are important.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems, and familiarity with agile methodologies, would be an added advantage.
