At SR Electrosteel, we make them: precision CRNGO laminations and slit coils for Transformer manufacturers. Operating since 1989, the we serve more than 100 OEM customers across India and overseas.

Role: Sales – New Business (CRNGO Electrical Steel Laminations)

We’re growing fast. Now we’re looking for an energetic, high-ownership Sales Manager to win new customers. This is a hunter’s role. You’ll open doors and build accounts, not just maintain them.

? What you’ll do

# Find and win new OEM customers in India and overseas: inverter/UPS, stabilizer, transformer and motor manufacturers

# Build solid relationships to activate and grow new accounts and share of business

# Cross-function collaboration to take new accounts from trial to recurring business to receivables

# Generate recent leads and own your pipeline end to end

# Represent the company at industry exhibitions in India and abroad





# Track the market and bring voice of customer to the table

# Work directly with leadership and build a world class sales function

✅ You’ll fit if you

# Have 4–8 years in B2B sales of electrical steel, laminations, CRNGO (preferred) or CRGO, transformers, power electronics or related products

# Can talk confidently about electrical steel, both technically and commercially

# Enjoy being on the road and opening new doors

# Hold a diploma or BE or BTech. An MBA is a plus
