Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored smart home automation solutions.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and terms, and support the closing of deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends, and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales and marketing strategies.



The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing reports, and representing the company at events, customer meetings, and local promotions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze customer behavior, competition, and demand trends.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in smart home, consumer electronics, or technology solutions sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage field activities, and travel locally as needed.
- Comfort with CRM software, basic data analysis, and reporting tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
