Role Description The Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loan (SME) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The position is responsible for acquiring and managing small and medium enterprise customers for unsecured business loan products,



including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion through direct and channel-based sales. Day-to-day activities include meeting potential clients, understanding business financing needs, structuring appropriate loan solutions, and ensuring timely documentation and disbursal.

The Sales

Manager will monitor portfolio performance, manage risk and delinquency, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and referral business. The role also involves coordinating with credit, operations, and collections teams, tracking sales targets, preparing periodic reports, and participating in local marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications
