Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Guwahati.

The Sales

Manager oversees the sales team, sets sales targets, and monitors performance to achieve revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include managing showroom operations, guiding sales executives, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate sales reports. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals, coordinating test drives, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Manager also collaborates with leadership on sales strategies, market expansion,



and promotional activities to grow the business.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in automotive or retail sales management, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and follow-up capabilities.
- Good understanding of basic finance and pricing concepts, with the ability to prepare and interpret sales reports and forecasts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in the Guwahati or Assam market and a valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
