Role Description The Sales Manager role at Media Supplements Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales function, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets through effective planning and execution.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams & associate partners to analyze market trends & to achieve collective revenue goals along with your sales team.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales planning, lead generation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Robust client relationship management abilities, including negotiation, presentation, and conceptual selling skills.
- Capability to analyze market trends, competition, and evolving market scenario to reach out to newer categories for business development efforts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, time management skills to handle multiple accounts, proposals, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or related industries is preferred, with familiarity in campaign-based or service-oriented sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Own vehicle to move around Delhi-NCR and flair to understand & communicate about Delhi's arterial stretches, Youth Hang-out zones & "Intent to continue learning & excel" is must for all positions.
