Designation: Sales Head – Interior Design

Role Overview:

The Sales Head – Interior Design will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing business opportunities, and ensuring successful conversion of interior design enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2. Lead, mentor and manage the interior design sales team.
3. Drive business development through client acquisition, referrals and market networking.
4. Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to project closure.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders and channel partners.
6. Understand client requirements and coordinate with design teams to deliver suitable interior solutions.
7. Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, revenue forecasts and team performance.
8. Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations and successful deal closures.
9. Analyse market trends,



competitor activities and business opportunities.
10. Work closely with operations, design and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
11. Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
12. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.

Desired Experience
- 8+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- Prior experience in interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes or home interiors.
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong understanding of residential interior projects.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
