We curate an exclusive blend of curated trading stock from across India and our own in-house designer couture. Deeply rooted in Indian textile heritage, our space is highly aesthetic, and our client experience must seamlessly match the structural and visual standards of our brand.

The Role We are looking for a highly capable Sales Associate to drive clienteling and sales for our Shyamal location. You will not just be managing inventory; you will act as a brand ambassador, educating clients on complex textile techniques, styling bespoke looks, and closing high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide an uncompromising, high-touch luxury retail experience to every client.
- Master the product knowledge of our inventory, demonstrating a clear understanding of handloom weaves, silks,



and surface ornamentation techniques to educate buyers.
- Build and actively manage a VIP client book to drive repeat business and private appointments.
- Ensure the store floor consistently reflects our strict visual merchandising and aesthetic standards.
- Assist in seamless inventory management and stock rotation between our curated collections and in-house label.

Requirements

- Prior sales experience in a designer label, luxury retail, or high-end bespoke boutique is strictly required.
- A strong working knowledge of Indian ethnic wear, luxury textiles, and bridal or couture client expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design and fabric details to an elite clientele.
- A sharp, professional demeanor that aligns with a highly curated luxury environment.
