- Role Overview

- Position: Sales Executive (Full-time, On-site)
- Main Work: B2B Sales of Masterbatch and Polymer Compounds
- Reports To: Sales Manager
- Location: Makarba Corporate Office, Ahmedabad (See on Maps)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Sales; plastics / polymer industry preferred

- Key Responsibilities

2.1 Sales & Business Development

- Generate new leads and convert enquiries into orders from plastic processors, converters, and manufacturers.
- Visit and call existing and prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders within approved price and credit terms.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

2.2 Customer Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Dispatch for sample approvals, order planning, and on-time delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, and follow up with the technical team for solutions.
- Follow up on payments with Accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.

2.3 Reporting & Market Intelligence

- Maintain lead, quotation, and order trackers, and share weekly sales reports with the Sales Manager.
- Track competitor pricing, new products, and market trends, and share useful inputs with the team.

- Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream; B.E. / B.Sc. (Chemistry / Plastics) or MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Skills: Positive communication and negotiation skills; basic Excel and ERP knowledge; English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Preferred: Existing network in the masterbatch, polymer, or plastics industry, and willingness to travel.
