Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Engineer will engage directly with customers to understand their construction equipment requirements, propose suitable SCHWING Stetter solutions, and provide technical demonstrations and product presentations. The role involves preparing quotations, supporting the sales team in negotiations,



and coordinating with internal technical and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

The Sales

Engineer will offer technical support before and after sales, resolve customer queries, and maintain robust relationships through regular follow-ups and site visits. The position also includes gathering market intelligence, participating in industry events, and contributing feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong sales engineering capabilities, including Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills.
- Proficiency in customer-focused selling, encompassing Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Effective interpersonal abilities, with clear and professional Communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Experience in construction equipment or industrial machinery sales is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent customer visits, and travel within the region as required.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams.
