? We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

? Market: UAE (initial focus)

? Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA, depending on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative who can open doors, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and turn conversations into business opportunities.

You’ll be selling corporate workshops, executive coaching, and speaking engagements delivered by Binod Shankar, an experienced business leader, executive coach, former Finance Director, Chartered Accountant, and CFA charterholder.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and engage prospective corporate clients across the UAE.
- Reach decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research prospects and personalise outreach to generate meaningful conversations.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs, budgets, decision-makers, and timelines.
- Schedule qualified meetings and support client conversations.
- Prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and keep opportunities moving towards closure.




- Work closely with the founder and our AI-powered prospecting system to improve outreach and conversion.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or business development.
- Solid communication skills and professional English writing ability.
- Confidence in speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers.
- The ability to ask insightful questions, handle objections, and follow up persistently.
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve sales productivity.

Experience selling corporate training, executive coaching, consulting, or professional services is a plus. Why Join Us?
