- Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern
- Total Openings: 5-6
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Apply
- Internship Duration or Probation : 3 Months ( Paid )
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Required

01 About the Role:-

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven SDR Intern who wants to learn real sales and help OSWAR/teck grow its customer base.

You will speak with potential customers, understand their requirements, create sales opportunities, and work with the team to convert them into business. ( B2B Sales)

02 What You'll Do:-

- Make cold calls and connect with potential customers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, online research, and calls.
- Find and connect with the right decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant OSWAR/teck products.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and customer discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Update CRM and maintain daily sales activity records.
- Visit customer plants, factories, and offices when required.
- Work with the sales and technical team to close opportunities.

03 Who We're Looking For:-
- Freshers & Experienced Both are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.




- Fast learner with a strong hunger to achieve.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
- Interest in sales, technology, and industrial products.
- Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
- Someone who wants to sell, learn, and grow — not just generate leads.
