Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients and identify target markets.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable company services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and organizational targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good convincing and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication and relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Strong spoken English is preferred.
