Unostar Value Chain Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented AGM / Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing with a strong background in the 3PL and logistics industry to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in 3PL, warehousing, transportation, in-plant operations, and supply chain management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, automotive, FMCG, and other industrial customers.
- Drive current customer acquisition, business development, and strategic account management.
- Identify potential markets, industry segments, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Prepare business proposals, costing, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline,



monitor leads, and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development within the 3PL, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
- Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, in-plant logistics, and integrated supply chain solutions.
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Strong business networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage sales targets and drive business development initiatives.
