Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving product sales and supporting the brand’s marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, presenting product features and benefits, managing in-store promotions, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams on stock and display requirements, and tracking sales performance against targets.

The specialist will also assist with basic marketing activities such as local campaigns, product demonstrations,



and training retail staff on product knowledge to strengthen brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, meet targets, and manage sales activities and pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate retail staff and partners on product features and best practices.
- Candidates should have basic marketing knowledge, including promotional activities, brand positioning, and local market engagement.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer products sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic retail setting.
- Proficiency in using basic office and sales reporting tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
