Restaurant General Manager, Effingut Goa

We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our flagship Goa outlet.

This is a large, 300+ cover craft beer pub and restaurant, and the flagship for Effingut in Goa. Filling it up takes sharp professional acumen and smart management. Keeping it full takes regulars, and building them is the job.

What we are looking for

- 12 to 15 years of experience in restaurants, pubs or hospitality
- At least 2 to 3 years in Goa (strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a large restaurant team
- Strong grip on service standards, P&L;, footfall and guest experience
- A strong craft beer background is a explicit asset

What you will own

- Day-to-day operations and the full front-of-house and bar team
- Sales, cost control and outlet profitability
- Local marketing, events and community-building to drive repeat business
- Making every guest feel like a regular from the first visit
