About the Role

As Retail Manager, you will drive sales, profitability and a world-class luxury customer experience across Kimirica's Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) counters across India. Working closely with the Head, Retail, you will own store-level performance, build premium-ready store teams and help shape our offline growth.

What You'll Do

- Grow the business: Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while protecting gross margins and store-level profitability.
- Own the numbers: Manage budgets, forecasts and operating costs (rent, CAM, manpower, discounts, promotions). Spot underperforming stores early and lead corrective action plans.
- Drive premium performance: Track conversion, ATV, UPT, sales per sq. ft. and Beauty Advisor productivity. Champion upselling, cross-selling, fragrance experiences and gifting.
- Deliver the luxury experience: Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects Kimirica's premium positioning, from personalised consultations to gifting and fragrance storytelling.
- Build great teams: Hire, train, coach and retain Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Beauty Advisors, with a focus on product knowledge, grooming, clienteling and consultative selling.
- Run flawless stores: Ensure SOP compliance, stock availability, inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, promotional execution and consistent luxury brand standards.
- Manage SIS partners: Handle sales reviews, settlements, claims, deductions,



billing coordination and promotional commitments with premium retail partners.
- Support expansion: Provide sales and P&L; inputs for recent locations, relocations and improvements to existing stores.
- Lead with insight: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS, analyse performance gaps, and coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, VM and Supply Chain.

What You Bring

- Retail sales and operations experience, preferably in luxury, premium beauty, fragrance, skincare or lifestyle retail
- Proven store-level P&L; ownership across EBOs and SIS counters
- Strong sales planning, forecasting and budgeting skills
- Experience leading and retaining store teams across locations
- Working knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Commercial negotiation and partner management skills, especially with SIS partners
- Strong MIS, sales analytics and cost optimisation ability
- A genuine commitment to premium customer experience and luxury brand standards
