Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at MIA’s Kochi center. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current learners, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward suitable training programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, supporting admissions and enrollment processes, and ensuring a positive learner experience from first contact through course completion.





The role involves coordinating with trainers and internal teams, tracking learner progress, handling feedback or concerns, and contributing to retention and referral initiatives.

The Relationship

Manager also supports outreach activities, participates in events or promotions, and helps strengthen MIA’s reputation as a trusted partner in international education and professional development.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and provide clear guidance.
- Solid communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional regional or international languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and learner interactions efficiently.
- Basic sales and counseling skills, including experience in educational counseling, admissions, or training services, preferably in the international education or healthcare sectors.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM or student management systems to document interactions, track leads, and report outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with trainers, academic coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless learner journey.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education, business, communications, or related fields preferred), or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in relationship management, student support, or customer-facing roles in an educational or training environment is highly beneficial.
