Role Description The Regional Soft Skills Trainer (Pune) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role focuses on designing and delivering soft skills and life skills training programs for learners and staff across assigned schools in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning training modules, conducting interactive classroom and workshop sessions, facilitating group activities, and providing feedback to participants.

The trainer will collaborate with school leadership to assess training needs, align content with academic goals, and ensure consistent delivery standards. The role also involves maintaining training reports, coordinating schedules,



and contributing to continuous improvement of training materials and methods.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to conduct engaging sessions for diverse age groups.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development skills, including designing modules, facilitating workshops, and evaluating training outcomes.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Life Skills and Soft Skills, such as problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
- Relevant experience of 5-10 years as a trainer or educator in schools, colleges, or corporate training environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or soft skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative staff, manage multiple training schedules, and travel within the region as needed.
