Role Description This is a full-time Regional Manager role based in Baleshwar, offered in a hybrid work model that allows a combination of in office presence and work-from-home flexibility.

The Regional

Manager will oversee operations and business development within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with Aquapulse’s strategic and sustainability goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing regional aquaculture projects, coordinating with clients and partners, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The role involves leading local teams, supporting adoption of Aquapulse’s technology solutions, and addressing operational issues promptly.

The Regional

Manager will also contribute to regional market insights, participate in strategic planning,



and support training and advisory activities for customers and internal staff.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in regional operations management, project coordination, or field management within aquaculture, agriculture, sustainability, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and customer service, with the ability to collaborate effectively with farmers, partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and monitoring performance, including the use of basic data analysis and reporting tools to drive decisions.
- Leadership capabilities, including team supervision, mentoring, and conflict resolution, with a focus on inclusive and respectful management practices.
- Understanding of sustainable practices and an interest in technology-enabled solutions for aquaculture or environmental management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, travel within the region as required, and adapt to field conditions and changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in aquaculture, fisheries, agriculture, environmental science, business management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced setting is beneficial, along with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
