About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented QC Executive to ensure the quality, safety, and consistency of our beverage and namkeen products. The candidate will be responsible for raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, finished product testing, laboratory analysis, documentation, and compliance with applicable food safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality control within the FMCG food or beverage manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products against approved quality specifications.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests, including pH, Brix, TSS, acidity, moisture, viscosity, and other relevant quality parameters.
- Perform in-process quality checks during beverage and namkeen manufacturing to ensure product consistency.
- Monitor product color, taste, aroma, texture, appearance, and other sensory parameters.
- Identify quality deviations, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Production and R&D; teams.
- Maintain quality records, laboratory reports, inspection reports, batch records, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and internal quality standards.




- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices across production and laboratory areas.
- Support shelf-life testing, stability studies, and quality evaluations of new and existing products.
- Assist in internal and external audits and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Packaging teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B-Tech / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control within the FMCG food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and finished product testing.
- Knowledge of beverage processing and/or namkeen and savory snack manufacturing.
- Understanding of FSSAI regulations, food safety requirements, GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
- Experience with ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 standards will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage quality control procedures.
- Practical experience in laboratory testing and analytical instruments.
- Understanding of pH, Brix, TSS, acidity, moisture, viscosity, and sensory evaluation.
- Ability to identify quality deviations and support root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
