Role Description The Quality Assurance Analyst is a part-time, remote role focused on ensuring the reliability and performance of WorkshopEdge’s software platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing manual tests, validating new features and bug fixes, and documenting transparent, reproducible test cases. The analyst will review requirements, identify defects, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement in quality and user experience.

This role also involves tracking issues, contributing to test plans,



and providing structured feedback to help deliver stable releases on a regular basis.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and assess test results.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to support consistent software standards and processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Manual Testing and writing detailed Test Cases to validate functionality and user workflows.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and basic software development concepts is beneficial.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail for clear documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience testing SaaS or business management software is an advantage.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
