We have 3 microwave production sites, 2 in Israel and 1 in the US and setting up a new production site in Hyderabad, India.

The company has an advance technology for Airspace & Defense worldwide OEMs.

Well known in the Indian defense market with ongoing projects.

We are in search of a Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality processes within GMIC INDIA. To be part of a core team for setting up our Indian site.

Provide transparent leadership for the development of an environment focused on quality. Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals.

Role & responsibilities

- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
- Management of the Quality Engineers and Technicians in the sign-off of parts and the resolution of internal/external quality concerns
- Act as a point of contact for all quality aspects of the company

Requirements:





- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending,

supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.
- Proactively contributes to creating a good team atmosphere
- Experience of dealing with Aerospace and defense customers and suppliers
- Experience of dealing with Aerospace and defense Certification

Mandatory Requirements

- Industry Type Defense & Aerospace / Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)

- Education Relevant Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/ Logistics, etc.
- Experience Minimum of 6 years with the electronic manufacturing company
- Languages English (Fluent verbal and written)
