Role Description This full-time QA/QC role is an on-site position based in the Greater Surat Area, supporting the manufacturing operations at ANWON. The role involves implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control procedures across production lines, incoming materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant industry regulations. Typical responsibilities include performing routine inspections and tests, documenting results, identifying nonconformities,



and coordinating with production and engineering teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.

The QA/QC professional will participate in internal quality audits, support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain quality records, and contribute to the development and revision of standard operating procedures. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product quality, enhance manufacturing reliability, and support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to oversee inspection processes and maintain product standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of quality systems and policies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety guidelines in an industrial setting.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing to conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in cable, wire, or related electrical manufacturing industries is preferred, with familiarity in LV/HV cable production processes and testing methods.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test reports, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using quality measurement tools, basic statistical techniques, and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
