Role Description The Project Manager at TrueSamp is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The Project

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and track project progress, risks, and dependencies. Daily responsibilities include organizing project activities, expediting deliverables, coordinating inspections, and managing logistics to keep projects on schedule. The role also involves continuous process improvement, detailed documentation,



and proactive problem-solving to support TrueSamp’s growth and client commitments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timelines, follow up on critical tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of project components.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate and review quality checks, compliance activities, and project deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee movement of resources, schedule coordination, and operational support.
- Relevant experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in consulting, research, or data-driven businesses.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office or equivalent software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
