Role Description The Project Delivery Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile development projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met in alignment with client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and resolving delivery bottlenecks.

The Project Delivery

Manager will monitor resource allocation, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication among development, design, QA, and client stakeholders. The role also involves risk identification, status reporting, and continuous improvement of delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in project oversight such as Project Management and Expediting to manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.




- Candidates should possess operational coordination skills such as Expeditor and Logistics Management to ensure smooth flow of information, resources, and materials related to project execution.
- Candidates should possess quality and compliance skills such as Inspection to verify deliverables meet defined standards and client requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and maintain clear documentation.
- Experience in software, web, or mobile app development environments, with familiarity in agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
- Ability to analyze project risks, propose mitigation plans, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
