Program Manager, Household Operations

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Shifts: Rotational, 24x7 team

Working Days: 5 days/week (weekends are working)

Primary Objective: To act as the household specialist for a cluster of households, seamlessly managing their daily routines, staff, and essential needs.

What you'll do

- Run Operations: Manage the daily rhythm of your assigned households remotely. This includes overseeing meal planning workflows, recurring grocery orders, kitchen operations, and inventory management.
- Coordinate: Act as the central point of contact for fragmented domestic staff (cooks, maids, etc.). Responsible for scheduling, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and maintaining high service quality across homes.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Working with the Commerce team for purchases, the Research team for complex vendor discovery, and the Supply team for staffing requirements.
- Systemize the Chaos: While you operate in the weeds today, you will help convert manual,



tribal household knowledge into clear processes and scalable systems that AI can automate.

Reality check:

This is a 0-to-1 operational role, and the core of the job is deep, hands-on human coordination. You are remotely managing the highly unpredictable, real-world operations of people’s homes.

On any given day, you will be troubleshooting a staff no-show, tracking delayed deliveries, and adjusting meal plans for dynamic families. It requires bringing order to deeply unstructured environments. If you prefer a highly structured desk job with predictable daily routines, this may not be the right fit.

Who you are:

- Experience in complex consumer operations, hospitality, logistics, or operational program management.
- High-agency generalist who naturally creates systems out of chaos and enjoys taking operational ownership.
- Intensely curious and wanting to work on real-world problems that most people underestimate.

You Need:

- The ability to juggle fragmented workflows across people, tools, vendors, and internal teams seamlessly.
- The skill to create reliability in deeply unstructured environments.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills to keep both internal teams and external household staff accountable.
- A genuine interest in how AI will reshape service industries, starting from the ground up.

Bonus:
