The organization goes beyond marks and memorization, emphasizing curiosity, projects, problem-solving, creativity, technology, communication, and leadership. Programs are tailored by age and stage, from Niyo Explorer (Classes 6–7) to Niyo Innovator (Classes 8–10) and Niyo Fellowship (Classes 11–12), each designed to deepen future-ready skills.

Core responsibilities

- Generate parent/student prospects independently through personal contacts, reffereals, social media, field activities.




- Explain Niyo explorer, Niyo innovator & Niyo fellowship accurately & professionally.
- Guide suitable faamilies through the enrolment & onboarding process.
- Maintain rregular followup with interested prospects until closure or transparent outcome.
- Complete valid onboarding requirement & ensure each onboarding is properly recorded in Niyo app.
- Maintain daily work, foolow up, onboarding and status updates in Niyo app.
- Attend required training, team meeting, review calls & performance discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality, profesional communication & proper handling of parent/student data.
- Escalate payment issues, complaints, system problems or exceptional cases to the HR team.
