HIRING | PRODUCT TECHNICAL TRAINER – EDTECH

Location: Assam & Kolkata

Are you passionate about technology and transforming classroom learning?

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Trainer for our client to deliver training, onboarding, and product enablement for creative educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training for teachers, school leaders, channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Deliver product demonstrations and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Support school implementation and ensure effective adoption of solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Track training outcomes, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Experience in Technical Training, Product Training, or EdTech solutions.
- Knowledge of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Smart Classroom Solutions, and digital learning technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
