About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products, preferably in the Healthcare/ HealthTech domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design, user research, interaction design, and end-to-end product design. The candidate should be capable of understanding complex user requirements and translating them into simple, accessible, and engaging digital experiences.

key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for healthcare products and digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Ensure consistency across products by maintaining and improving design systems and UI guidelines.
- Simplify complex healthcare workflows and information into accessible and easy-to-use interfaces.




- Gather user feedback and continuously improve product usability and overall experience.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Required skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design.
- Strong experience in designing digital products, preferably in the Healthcare / HealthTech domain.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on healthcare applications, medical platforms, patient management systems, or healthcare SaaS products.
- Understanding of healthcare user journeys and workflows.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
- Experience working in an agile product development setting.
