Role Description The Pre School Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences for young children in alignment with Bluestone International Preschool’s philosophy and curriculum. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, organizing classroom activities, facilitating play-based and experiential learning, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. The teacher will observe and document student progress, communicate regularly with families,



and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom.

Responsibilities also include maintaining classroom routines, managing behavior positively, and adhering to school policies and child safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten instruction to support developmentally appropriate learning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, engaging classroom experiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with preschool or kindergarten-age children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing setting that supports diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
