WE ARE HIRING | PLANT HEAD

Monolithisch India Limited, an SME-listed manufacturing company engaged in the production of Ramming Mass (Refractory Materials), is looking for an experienced and energetic Plant Head to lead and manage its manufacturing operations.

? Location: Ranchi, Purulia.

? Experience: 8–15 Years

? Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end plant operations, production planning and execution.
- Manage manufacturing processes involving raw material handling, crushing, grinding, screening, mixing and packaging of ramming mass.
- Ensure production targets, product quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor plant machinery, equipment maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and specifications.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, raw materials and other resources.
- Monitor inventory, production costs and wastage.




- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
- Lead, train and supervise plant personnel and departmental teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and cost reduction initiatives.

- Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing plant operations, preferably in refractory materials, ramming mass, minerals or allied industries.
- Strong knowledge of production machinery, plant maintenance and industrial operations.
- Proven leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage overall plant operations.
